Leti: architect of the smart environment

Leti is working to increase building comfort and safety levels by offering connected products with new, user-friendly functionalities that safeguard home security.

Electromagnetic microsystems (such as radiation sensors, heat flux sensors and particulate pollution detectors) provide a better understanding of the building environment by monitoring and managing specific variables that impact quality of life. Leti's R&D in power electronics is helping to bring about the energy transition and better integration of direct current through conversion technologies offering unprecedented performance.

The communication systems developed, integrated and tested at Leti take into account each building's specific installation and propagation constraints. "Plug and play" connected objects can be easily deployed and offer robust operation, while maintaining a high level of service.

A comprehensive approach that integrates the product, means of communication and installation is required to perfect data dissemination and processing, an area essential to providing a digital means of protecting the home and safeguarding privacy.

These technologies have been proven in the field. They have been particularly successful in the "Silver Economy" (senior citizens) and the energy self-consumption market.
